The Dyslexia Institutes of America "Checklist for Dyslexia" can be a good educational tool concerning what symptoms may indicate a dyslexic condition. The checklist, however, cannot replace a medical diagnosis, nor is it a definitive indicator of the presence of dyslexia in a person.
